Then I started trading.

Five years. Multiple blown prop firm accounts. Excel journals that told me “you lost.” But never told me WHY.

That’s when I learned trading discipline is the opposite. More trades didn’t make me better. They made me broke. More screen time didn’t sharpen me. It drained me. Less is more. Restraint over effort.

No real rules. No real feedback. No mirror.

Every revenge trade. Every oversized position. Every moved stop. All forgotten by the next morning.

My P&L showed the damage. It didn’t show the man who kept doing it.

In the cage, discipline was visible. Every dropped guard. Every missed shot. Every round you didn’t finish. Real-time. Brutal. Honest.

In trading, discipline was invisible. Until the account was already gone.
